TopRow Bootcamp Program

Rowers know that with hard work and trust in the people around you, anything is possible. That’s why TopRow programs are built on trust, respect, inclusiveness and integrity. 

Our outdoor training sessions are designed by rowers to quickly build the full-body fitness necessary to succeed on and off the water. Every workout is different and will focus on a combination of strength and endurance. Get your whole body in shape with our challenging and varied 45 minute workouts. 

Our team of coaches and trainers are on a mission to make you sweat and keep you motivated. Never worked out before? No problem! We’ll adjust the level of the exercises to your level of fitness. Rowers know they can rely on their teammates for support through tough workouts, and so can you!  We love to be outside, so all of our training sessions will happen in parks across NYC. 

We win as a team, we lose as a team, and we have fun as a team. Together we can do great things!

Due to the ongoing risks of COVID-19 and for the safety of all our clients and instructors, our COVID-19 policies for joining our bootcamp program are as follows:

  • Strict physical distancing
  • No shared equipment
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided
  • Face masks are strongly recommended
  • Follow all NYC policies 
  • Anyone who is sick, has been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or feels unwell in any way is prohibited from attending
  • Bring your own water/yoga mat/personal supplies (inhaler, athletic tape, etc)

Which subway stations are closest to the bootcamp location?

The 1, B and C train stops at 86th street are the most convenient. There are also Citibike docks at Central Park West & West 85th St or 5th Ave & East 88th St.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know how much you love to plan so we open reservations 14 days prior to the class. All we ask is that if you are not going to be able to make the class, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. Anything canceled less than 12 hours before class starts is a late cancel, and you will forfeit the class from your package.

How will I recognize my instructor?

Your instructor will be wearing a bright orange t-shirt or hoodie with a TopRow logo on the front. 

Are there lockers to store valuables?

We cannot provide lockers to store valuables, as we are in a public park. Most people use a fanny pack or simply keep their items (phone, keys) nearby while exercising.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring your own water bottle, and any other supplies you might need (inhaler, athletic tape, etc). You are welcome to bring a yoga mat or towel if you prefer not to sit/lay on the grass. 

What precautions are you taking for COVID-19?

Physical distancing will be strictly enforced, and there will be no shared equipment. Everyone is expected to use hand sanitizer (which we will provide) upon arrival. Following city guidelines, masks are required anytime you are not maintaining physical distancing. Anyone who has been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, has COVID-19, or is feeling unwell is not permitted to attend.
