This session is designed for those with significant experience rowing full boat.
Row: 8-12 km

Mid-rate intervals

Work on staying long and technically sound while getting your heart-rate up (24-28 spm).
This session is designed for those with significant experience rowing full boat at high rates.

High-rate intervals

Remember the dreaded 5x5’ from college? That’s what Thursdays are for (30+ spm)!
This session is designed for those with significant experience rowing full boat at high rates.

Race-style pieces

Come earn that brunch with 2k repeats!
This session is designed for all rowers who have completed our Learn to Row, Learn to Scull, & Transition to Shells sequence (or equivalent).
Length varies depending on season.
